Scan, move, done

Scan the from-bin, the item and lot, the quantity and the to-bin. The move posts to Business Central immediately, and on-hand updates before the next scan. No app store, no device management: any handheld with a browser.

Pickers see their BC picks, scan as they go and register the pick when it's done. Short picks are flagged with a reason, and the bin is marked for a count.

Min/max rules top up pick faces from reserve, and production feed brings components to the line for released orders before they're needed. CourageMFG picks the source bin (the smallest that covers the need, then the fullest, then the oldest lot) and hands the trip to the next person with a scanner.
